AI & Data Strategy
Product & Delivery Leader
I build the bridges between scientific rigour and real-world AI — turning complex problems into working products, and cross-functional teams into high-performing communities.
I am a PhD-trained technologist and delivery leader who has spent over 15 years at the intersection of machine learning, data systems, and people-first management. Today I lead complex data platform programmes at Munich Re, one of the world's largest reinsurers — driving decisions for hundreds of underwriters across three continents.
My superpower is translating deep technical complexity into clear outcomes — for engineers, for executives, and for the people in between. I've built teams from scratch, secured programme funding, negotiated enterprise contracts, and created cultures where diverse talent thrives.
I lead focussing on capacity-building, human empowerment, and relentless momentum in motion . I drive innovation across 360 degrees—from enterprise-scale platforms and public tech leadership to language-driven educational impact. I set the vision, remove the barriers, and create the cultures where top-tier talent flourishes and transformative ideas win.
I believe that true leadership extends beyond enterprise walls. I use my platform to ground complex science and champion human-centered innovation.
I'm currently interested in two topics that tackle two sides of that same mission:—making frontier technology feel human, and equipping people to navigate complex societal systems while keeping thier identity.
AI is moving faster than the language we use to explain it.
Here is where conversation becomes deliberately informal: serious technology, explained without making people feel they need a computer-science degree to join.
How do humans navigate systems without losing their agency and identity? I developed The Architecture of Belonging to look beneath the feeling — using data, and systems thinking to uncover the mechanics of belonging, and discover what can we redesign
